1. Areas of application
These general conditions of sale (hereinafter, the “CGV”) apply to any query or order made through the website www.haztuluz.com and derived addresses (hereinafter the “Site”) of SOJO SERT SL ( Garden Light brand distributor) domiciled at Carrer del Prat 17, 08480, L Ametlla del Valles, Barcelona, registered in the Mercantile Registry with the NIF number B67253286 (hereinafter, “the Garden Lightbrand”). These GVCs apply to the purchase of goods that must be delivered in Spain (hereinafter the “Products”). The confirmation of the order by the buyer entails the unreserved acceptance of these GVCs, which prevail over all previous versions or specifications emanating from the buyer, including the exchange of emails.

2. Orders
2.1 PRODUCT OFFER

3. Price / Payment
3.1 PRICE OF PRODUCTS

3.2 EXPENSES AND DELIVERY TIMES

3.3 BILLING

4. Delivery
4.1 DELIVERY METHODS
When you place your order, you will be indicated the mode of delivery (by carrier or by postal package).
Package delivery: Your order will be delivered by a carrier specializing in express delivery. A delivery man will appear at your address after the shipment of the merchandise. The packages will be left at your address or where you have indicated. Prices do not include installation.
Delivery by carrier: The delivery of your order will be made by a carrier specialized in the delivery of furniture. Upon acceptance of the budget by the buyer and the Garden Light brand, the buyer must mention the obstacles to a delivery by normal access roads (stairs, elevator, doors on the landing) in the order and remind them to the carrier. The buyer must first verify the order, in particular, in relation to the specifications of the Products in terms of size and volume, that these can be transported by the access roads to the place of delivery.
The inability to deliver the Products on the agreed date by the carriers, due to the absence of the buyer or information on the need to resort to specific means of delivery, may result in the payment of additional delivery costs and / or the Cancellation of the order by the Garden Light brand. The risks of the Product are transferred to the buyer at the time of delivery or on the date of the first presentation of the products by the carriers to the delivery date agreed with the latter.

In the case of fractional delivery, the participation in the delivery costs will be applied in each of the fractions of the order. 4.2 RECEPTION AND CLAIMS

Accepted claims will result in a defective or non-conforming Product change, or its reimbursement in case of unavailability of the Product in the warehouse or with suppliers. The returned Product must be delivered to the carriers in perfect condition, in its original packaging and provided with all its accessories. No spontaneous return will be accepted without the agreement of the Garden Light brand.
4.3 RETURN
Not completely satisfied with the product? No problem, you can always return them.
